Beth Dunn

Riccarton Wigram Community Board

Beth Dunn Beth is in her third year on the Riccarton Wigram Community Board and on the Riccarton House & Bush Trust Board.

She has very much enjoyed representing her community in both these roles as well as recently retiring from the Board of Trustees at Riccarton High School after 6 years service – 4 of which, as Chairperson.

Beth is also currently undergoing, the selection process to become a Justice of the Peace.

During her time on the community board, she has listened to and consulted residents and worked to ensure that residents continue to live in a healthy, safe community that will be sustainable with respect to the environment.

She has advocated for residents and used sound governance skills, knowledge and experience to shape a community rich with ethnic and cultural diversity. She is committed to the future of the ward and its residents so that it remains a desirable place to live and work.

Beth has a Bachelor of Education degree and spent 6 years on the PTA at Merrin Primary School. She also has extensive experience on Kindergarten, Play Centre and Parents Centre committees and was Chairperson of the Anger Change Trust (Auckland) for 3 years.
